If you havn't received your SeaCalm in a reasonable time, please contact us and let us know. But please be patient.You'll probably have the SeaCalm in the post on the day you contact us. At you request, we will ship using Track'n'Trace courier services that will deliver your SeaCalm to your door in around 34 days for most places on this planet. The price for this service is $25.00 to the USA, for each item. That is $13.00 more than our standard delivery charge. For all other places around the world we still charge $12.00 for Priority Air Delivery. For multiple items, charges for this service may vary , according to weight and the destination.Please email us for the best rates available if you cannot wait to have your SeaCalm. For our New Zealand customers, we include GST and NZ Courier in our price. Returns and Refunds You are expected to make an informed decision about your purchase BEFORE you buy our SeaCalm. We know you will be more than pleasantly surprised at the quality of the unit. SeaCalm will refund the product cost back to your credit card, at our stated United States dollar value, on receipt of your product back in our warehouse. The cost of returning any SeaCalm to us for a refund is your responsibility. Please, contact us immediately should you have a problem. Failure to contact us as soon as possible and advise us of any problems does not release you , as a Customer, from any statutory obligations toward us as a Merchant.
